Shipping & Delivery
In-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering. Custom orders ship within 3 days of your order. Shipments are processed Monday - Friday. We have many shipping options available, including expedited service for quicker delivery. If an item is backordered,  you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date within 24 hours of your order.

Returns & Replacements
Returns
We pride ourselves in our designs and want our customers to adore their purchase. If for any reason you do not, you can return your unused, unworn and unaltered item within 3 weeks of your order date. We will refund your original purchase price, less shipping and handling, back to your original method of payment. Your refund will post approximately two days after the date of processing.
 
Exchanges
If you love your item, but want to exchange it for something different, you can return your item within 3 weeks of your order date and we will ship your new item back to you, free of charge. If the new item is of greater value than the original, we will charge this amount to your original method of payment before shipment. If the new item is of less value than the original, we will refund the difference to your original method of payment before shipping.
 
Ordering
Placing an order on the website:
Select the item(s) you wish to order and click the "add to cart" button to the left of the product image. When you are ready, click the "checkout" button found in the top right corner of any page. During checkout, you can select shipping and gift options, enter billing and shipping information, and payment information. You will be able to review your order and make any changes to the item(s) in the order before completing the checkout process. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email that shows your order number and the status of your order. See "shipping" for details on our shipping options.
 
Placing an order by phone
Make sure you have all of the details of your order ready, along with your payment, billing, and shipping information, and call us at 312-768-VEIL (8345) at any time to place your order.
Viewing Orders
You can review and track your order at any time by clicking the "log in" button found in the top right corner of any page. Your can also click the link provided in the confirmation email sent to you after placing your order.
 
Updating Account Information
You can log into your account using the "my account" button found in the top right corner of any page, to manage your information, including your email address, password, and billing or shipping addresses. Here, you can also view and track your current order.
